"Actio Temporis" Graça Marques (Porto Alegre, 1955), contemporary Latin American school of the 20th century Mixed technique and collage on canvas, 135 x 40 cm, framed measurements: 140 x 47 cm. He studies Literature at the Catholic University and a Bachelor's degree in Painting at the Federal University, followed by a postgraduate degree in Fine Arts at this University. In 1985 she began to live in Spain, coming into contact with the artistic and cultural environment of Madrid, where she participated in numerous courses with renowned Spanish artists. She entered the Complutense University, where she earned a doctorate in Arts. Having lived in Madrid for a long time, she obtained Spanish citizenship, a country with which she maintains a strong working relationship with galleries and dealers. She is an advisor to the Dr. Carlos Barbosa Gonçalves de Jaguarão Foundation, having received, in 2013, the Medal of that institution. She was also awarded the Heroic City Medal by the Historical and Geographic Institute of that city in 2015. She held several solo exhibitions in Brazil, Uruguay and Spain. Her works are part of the collection of the Spanish Theater in Madrid, and are also found in numerous units of the Spanish company Mapfre on the Mediterranean Coast, as well as in European banks, such as Banesto and Bancaja. She has works in several NH hotels in Spain and Dubai. In Brazil, at the Hyatt Hotel and Ceasar Park, both in São Paulo. Recently her works were acquired by BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP in Madrid. She is also part of the collection of the Leopoldo Gotuzzo Art Museum in Pelotas, the MAC and the TRT 4 Cultural Center in Porto Alegre, the Museum of the City of S. Paulo and the SESC Pompéia in São Paulo.
