Spectacular and Exquisite Guatemalan colonial Mater Dolorosa from the 17th century - early 18th century, colonial work from New Spain Preserving all its original polychrome and gilding, in wood, measurements: 26 x 21 x 20 without base and with base 31 x 28 x 20 cm. Lot not subject to reservation. It forms a group with the San Juan (lot 252) and the Magdalena of lot 253 (possibly both were part of a New Spain Calvary). Provenance: important Andalusian private collection, Sevillian palace, Seville, Andalusia, Spain.
