GIOVANNI OFFREDI (Milan, 1927- 2007). Set of four rare vintage folding chairs, 1970s. In solid wood with an ingenious folding system using steel cables. Very comfortable with its original upholstery. Measurements: 85 x 60 x 48 cm. Set of 4 chairs with solid wood structure and brown upholstery that combines formal economy and elegance in its design. Straight, pure and robust lines combine with clean, geometric and simple shapes. The scissor legs are folded by steel cables for easy storage. Offredi was a leading Italian furniture and product designer of the second half of the 20th century. Unlike most other Italian furniture designers of his time, Giovanni Offredi was not an architect nor did he begin designing early in his professional career. Giovanni Offredi's earliest known furniture design works consist of exemplary furniture made specifically for some of Milan's wealthy families. In the late 1960s, Giovanni Offredi met Sergio Saporiti, owner of the Italian design store and furniture manufacturer Saporiti, and in 1970, Offredi formalized a collaboration with the furniture manufacturer, which was to be long and fruitful resulting in numerous highly precise, distinctly modern and innovative furniture designs that went on to considerable commercial success.

Pair of mid 20th century industrial design stools. Gilded metal structure and skay seats. Height adjustable. Swivel seat. With marks of use. Measurements: 88 x 36 x 36 cm. Pair of high stools raised on four tubular metal legs. They have a seat upholstered in white skay, adjustable in height and swivel. It is a sober and functional design, with a mid-century industrial aesthetic.

GOFFREDO REGGIANI (Italy, 1929-2004). Ceiling lamp "Trumpet", 1970s. Chromed steel. Six points of light. Presents marks of use. Measurements: 83 x 50 x 50 cm. The ceiling lamp in tender is distinguished by the dynamic set of six hanging structures in the form of inverted trumpet. The different heights of each of the axes confer uniqueness to the set and allow the light to cover a greater amount of space. Italian entrepreneur Goffredo Reggiani founded the company Reggiani Illuminazione in the early 1950s. He began production with decorative lamps for which he designed prototypes. His perfectionism quickly led him to hire renowned artists and architects to improve his creations, such as Gio Ponti and Richard Rogers. Reggiani received numerous awards attesting to the impact of his innovations in Europe.

Coffee table. France, 1970s. Gilt brass and glass. It shows signs of use and wear. Measurements: 47 x 100 x 60 cm. The coffee table in tender follows the Hollywood Regency style, a glamorous and singular language of decoration that was the result of the golden age of American cinema, taking as its basis the the theatricality, drama and glamour found in the film productions of the time. Four sharply curved legs converge at the shaft, which supports a bouquet of branches and spikes.
