Memorandum of agreement between Diane Keaton and Zoetrope Italia, by which the actress signs on for "'Godfather III'/A leading female role" for a fixed compensation of $700,000. The document includes interesting provisions for transportation, wardrobe, nudity/sex scenes ("Neither Performer nor Performer's double shall be required to appear in nude, sex or simulated sex scenes"), and dubbing. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Diane Keaton. In fine condition. In The Godfather Part III, Diane Keaton reprises her role as Kay Adams, the estranged wife of Michael Corleone. Her character grapples with the lingering complexities and traumas from her past life in the Corleone family while striving to protect her children from Michael's legacy.
