MALIVEL Jeanne (1895-1926) and BACON Julien (1892-1980) - ATELIER Saint-Guénolé (Caurel) Rectangular modernist chest in molded and carved waxed oak, decorated on the front with radiating motifs, stylized flower and blackened Celtic incised broken lines, developed on the sides (Wear, a few stains). Height : 60 cm x W: 80 cm x D: 41.5 cm Our chest reproduces the decor of the furniture set presented at the Pavillon Breton of the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs Industriels Modernes de Paris. Reference: Model reproduced in the sale catalog of Julien Bacon's Atelier Saint-Guénolé in Caurel.
