Cane. Palm stem shaft. Ivory handle in the shape of a skull emerging from a nautilus, adorned with a sulfide eye (one sulfide eye missing). Important brass ferrule. Total length: 91 cm. Knob: 4 x 5.8 x 5.6 cm. Gross weight: 290 g. B.E. Circa 1860-1880. Elephantidae supp. specimen accompanied by its CITES FR2400600213-K issued on 02/05/2024. Caution: Canes are sold as is, without complaint. For ivory canes, in accordance with the regulations in force in the European Union, the item will be delivered to the purchaser with its intra-Community certificate. If the item is to be exported from Europe, a re-export certificate will be required (formalities to be completed by the buyer).
