Rare first edition, complete with 47 plates by Gwyn and Ryland engraved by Hall, Chamer and Grignion. In French. In good condition (some foxing and soiling). Angelo Domenico (1717-1802) was an Italian master of arms who settled in England and founded Angelo's School of Arms in Soho. This first edition is the most important fencing book ever published in England.
