In-8, havana half-maroquin, spine ribbed with cold decoration, speckled edges (slightly later binding). First edition, published posthumously. It is illustrated with 4 lithographed folding plates (frontispiece showing the new uniform of Egyptian troops, 2 plans including that of Mecca and a map of Arabia drawn by the author). A fine copy. Slight foxing.
