[Archéologie]. Egypte. Rare amulette aux deux doigts, talisman protecteur. Pierre dure noire de type basalte. L 5.5cm. En l’état (manque visible). Amulette représentant deux doigts joints, l’index et le majeur, souvent retrouvée placée sur l'incision d'embaumement. Elle reprend ici la forme de la lame d’une herminette rituelle. Amulette et herminette sont liées au rituel de renaissance dit de l’ « Ouverture de la Bouche ». Le prêtre ranimait magiquement les organes des sens en les touchant avec deux doigts et l’herminette. Nouvel Empire à Basse Epoque (1580 - 332 av. J.-C.).
