ACCOLAY wild boar. France, 1960s. Glazed and polychrome ceramic. Wire for the legs. Signed on the back. It has very slight flaws in the legs. Measurements: 10,5 x 15 x 4 cm. Accolay is the name of a French village where an important community of potters has settled. Active from 1945 to 1983, its pottery is characterized by a great technical inventiveness and an extremely abundant production.
