Shooting the little mischievous ones (Saussine, Paris, circa 1900). Tir des petits espiègles (Saussine, Paris, circa 1900). Wood-cardboard box, size 52 x 38.5 x 10 cm, covered with fancy paper, open on the front. Inside is a chromolithographic scene with relief elements: three rascals are about to ring the doorbell of a building, with an open window in the façade revealing an old lady and her cat. Gun and arrow. Mechanical shooting game with two targets. When the arrow hits one of the targets to the right of the door, the door opens to the sound of a bell and a curious concierge appears; the other target causes the cat to leap into the window frame, close to its mistress (there's a small cocking lever to conceal the cat). In good working order, although the cat is sometimes a bit lazy.
