Bluish-gray field decorated with finely drawn polychrome floral bulb semis framing a ruby medallion inlaid with stylized flower buds in the form of stylized popped diamonds. Four ivory spandrels, the old-gold counter-bottom with small cups, wreaths and a thousand multicolored stylized flowers. Beautiful frame with original polychrome cartouche and floral bulb semis, forming a remarkable graphic balance. Midnight-blue main border with motifs reminiscent of the counter border and frame of this magnificent piece. Circa 1970/75. Size: 600 x 400 cm. (Good condition)
