Old rose field decorated with polychrome scrolls and garlands of stylized flowers and foliage, adorned with a central rosette with a multicolored floral crown in the form of a stylized diamond. Four spandrels with floral bulbs. Eight borders, the main one midnight blue with interlacing fine crenellated branches in the form of sky-blue rings inlaid with finely drawn polychrome flower buds.
