26% buyer's fee for lots up to Euro 300,000.

20% buyer's fee for lots above Euro 300,000.

+3% if you bid on Drouot Digital

-Payment method:

By bank transfer only.

Upon request, we will send you an invoice by email and you can collect your purchases as soon as we receive your payment electronically.

-Applicable taxes:

The successful bidder is responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, sales, and import taxes in their own country. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify and pay all taxes due and the hammer price.

-Shipping of lots :

Our shipping department is at your disposal to advise you or to organize the transport or the sending of your purchases to your home.

Please note that the pre-sale estimates which are stated in the Online Auction Information do not include Buyer's Premium, shipping and delivery fee, or any applicable taxes or tariffs.

Previews are organized and curated by Green Auctioneers Limited prior to each online and live auction. Information and details can be found on our website and our mobile apps. Previews are free of charge. We encourage interested parties to view the lots in person prior to the sale. Green Auctioneers Limited reserves the right to refuse the entry of any visitor who violates our condition of business.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by Hong Kong Law and the Courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
