Portico clock in white and black marble with rich ormolu decoration, topped by a cassolette, adorned with two Wedgwood-type medallions in white and blue cookie and an oval miniature of a man in bust form, and standing on a stepped base on six turned feet. White enamel dial, marked "A Parsi", hour markers with Arabic numerals and dots for hours and minutes. Mechanical movement with key winding and wire suspension. Miniature probably attached. Late 18th century. 49 x 35 x 12 cm. Large crack at the base, probably restored; wear to the gilding; a few chips to the marbles, keyways and medallions; missing decoration.
