First work: frontispiece portrait of Palladio, 208 engraved plates, some of which double-page (the 4 plates 33-32 and 35-36 are on two sheets and often erroneously marked as missing), engraved vignettes to title-pages, engraved initials and headpieces (light foxing, mainly to margins). Second work: Engraved frontispiece, 25 engraved plates, some folding. Contemporary binding with calf spine, gilt title-piece to spine, marbled endpapers, speckled edges (light wear and minor chipping). (2)
