LARGE DIPLOMA framed in Latin in the name of Francesco Marino CARACCIOLO (1631-1674), Naples, December 31, 1668, on parchment. Diploma of Doctor of Law awarded to Nicolas FARINA, citizen of Sant'Agata de Goti. Height 70 - Width 90 cm. Caracciolo was Grand Chancellor and President of the College of Naples. The diploma is decorated with a rich painted border, featuring floral and bird motifs, with a coat of arms at the bottom, a medallion depicting the Annunciation at the top center, and medallions in the corners depicting saints (Peter, Francis of Assisi, Anthony of Padua, Nicholas of Bari).
