Description

Pistol model P08 DWM. Caliber 9mm, Parabellum. Dated 1915, noted 1920 for re-use in the army of the Weimar Republic. Probably used during WWII and recovered as a French prize. It was later used in Indochina by Private Lamy Raymond, whose nameplate and a notebook of some 50 double-sided pages are attached. Control stamp on the frame, single-issue gun in good mechanical condition, in its original bronze finish. Used from the beginning of the First World War to the Indochina War. The lot includes the weapon, the French soldier's plate, a photo of the soldier and his combat memory book. Category B weapon. SOLD BY DESIGNATION, WEAPON NOT PRESENT AT SHOW. The purchaser MUST present his identity card, his valid license from the French Shooting Federation and his prefectoral authorization. Category B weapons will only be issued after consultation of the FINIADA file. If the purchaser of a category B firearm is registered in the FINIADA file, the sale will automatically be null and void. Foreign buyers who do not have these documents must be represented by a French arms dealer. For professional buyers, a valid copy of the authorization to trade in category "B" firearms will be required.
