Gaspard Pescow, Marquis de Cherville, born in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir), December 11, 1819 and died in Noisy-le-Roi (Seine-et-Oise), May 10, 1898, was a French writer, collaborator of Alexandre Dumas and author of hunting stories and novels such as "Les aventures d'un chien de chasse". Good condition.

Hector-Henri Malot dit Hector Malot, born May 20, 1830 in La Bouille, not far from Rouen, and died July 18, 1907 in Fontenay-sous-Bois, was a French novelist. Hector Malot was the author of some sixty novels. The best known today are his novels for children: Romain Kalbris, Sans Famille, En Famille. Another children's novel, Le Mousse, was published posthumously.
