Regards" - President Boomer's preface explains the values and convictions of the Waldorf Astoria - The index refers to the various pages of the manual, listing the different expectations of the customer - The fold-out plans show the "Lobby-floor" and the "Ground-floor", the location of the hotel in its district, the location of the various frescoes by Louis Rigal and José Maria Sert, and details of the hotel's various decorative elements and its construction - Over 45 pages then list all the possible services the customer may require, including information on the management team, luggage storage, garage, banks, safety deposit box, hairdresser, library, children's service, room capacities for receptions, dry cleaning, elevators, jewelry store, cigar cellar, telecommunications services, photographer, restaurants, clubs, room service, boutiques, etc.
