[Helena RUBINSTEIN] - WALDORF-ASTORIA(one of the world's most famous hotels, opened in 1931) / Exceptional "directory book" from the 1930s, given to businesswoman Helena RUBINSTEIN(1872-1965): Black moleskin screw-top binder (17 x 22.7 cm), front cover embossed with silver "Directory" "The Waldorf Astoria", with 56 pages divided (recto only) into 4 parts separated by tabbed dividers: Foreword, Index, Maps, Shops Services - The first divider bears an autograph dedication from President Lucius BOOMER(1878-1960) to Helena Rubinstein: "To Mrs Rubinstein from W.A.
