Embossed copper notary's panonceau based on the model established by the firm "DORVILLE à Paris", close to the seal of Napoleon III resulting from the text of the decree of December 2, 1852: The imperial eagle resting on the crowd on a field of azure surrounded by the cordon of the Legion of Honor, stamped with an open helmet, with imperial crown, the shield set on the mantle of ermines, with Charlemagne's scepter and the hand of Justice (accidents, dents and perforations). Napoleon III period.
