Prussian infantry officer's thrusting sabre, M 1889, ,straight blade with double fullers on both sides, on the ricasso maker's stamp "E. & F. Hörster Solingen" on the ricasso, crowned military-fiscal stamp "W 14" on the back of the blade, bronze hilt with openwork guard and Prussian eagle with imperial cipher "W II", grip scabbard with ray skin and double wire wrapping (not intact) and applied imperial cipher, scabbard with a ring band and a movable suspension ring, scabbard partially rusty, blade l: 81 cm, total l: 99 cm.
