Presented in a cardboard slipcase. Published as part of a touring exhibition in 1991, presented at the Whitechapel Art Gallery (London), the Stedelijk Van Abbemuseum (Eindhoven) and the Musée de Grenoble. The Musée d'art et d'histoire du judaïsme has a similar work in its collections.
