A small number of copies were printed and not sold, illustrated with a large lithographed portrait by Ch. Borély. This notice on Jean-Félix Bélu, a civil engineer, contains a summary of the work carried out during his career, including the completion of the Somme canal. A good copy. Signed autograph letter from Bélu. Slight spotting, small flaws to cover.
