MONACO - NEW ** luxury stamps and blocks from the 1960s/90s. Purchased by subscription from the Monegasque Post Office. The quotation has not been made, but is extremely high, up to several dozen times the face value; such as blocks 10 (55 euros for 2 F face value) or 9 (55 euros for 1.55 F face value) etc...
