One of the final scenes sees Greta (played by Greta Garbo) wearing a dress that leaves her half-naked, sitting in front of a tripartite mirror, which reflects a curtain behind her, beyond which is the venue where she is to perform. Suddenly the curtain opens, and a drunken man (whose image is reflected in all three mirrors) enters and extends a manoversodilei.
