Multi-pocket sleeveless vest for the Aicha des Gazelles rally, in coral, gold and yellow-tone cotton, embroidered with the King of Morocco crest and the rally logo in purple, sewn-in Marithé François Girbaud label, barded with zips and snap hooks, it offers multiple compartments. It responds "to an objective of comfort and practicality: free your hands to free your mind" (stains). T. Note: The Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc is a unique international and human adventure. It is the only 100% women's international off-road Rally Raid. Marithé Bachellerie and François Girbaud met in 1960 and began their collaboration by experimenting with washing methods and softening techniques, in order to offer unique and original jeans that would revolutionize the world of denim. It wasn't until 1986 that they presented their collection under their own name. Since 2002, the brand has supported the event and designed the pilots' vests for the occasion.
