The author, in favor of slavery, denounces the atrocious conduct of the Negroes and Mulattos who played the leading roles in the tragic scenes of S. Domingue, and whose moral and social qualities Bishop Grégoire advocates. A fine copy, as issued, bearing an ex-dono from the author on verso of the faux-tittre (name illegible).
