Olympic Games/ 1936/ Posters/ Riefenstahl/ Texaco/ Two important volumes: a) the improved and expanded 1994 reprint of Leni Riefenstahl's famous and much sought-after book-album: "Schönheit im Olympischen Kampf". Now called "Olympia", after a foreword by Madame Monique Berlioux, IOC Director, it includes the wonders of 1936, in two parts, as well as the film's prize list and a 1938 press review. 288 pages, 32 x 24.5 cm, good condition; b) History of the Olympic Games in thirteen posters, from 1912 to 1972. By Texaco, 1972. 38 x 30 cm, silver cover, inner spine detached. Used condition. Includes detachable official posters flanked by vintage gold medals, with summary.
