Tapestry panel from the Manufacture Royale d'Aubusson, 18th century. Technical characteristics : Wool and silk. Dimensions : Height : 245cm ; Width : 255cm. In a steep landscape, at the foot of a tumultuous waterfall, amid ancient ruins overlooking centuries-old trees and flowering undergrowth, a cowherd boy and a shepherd converse with their flock grazing on the edge of a grove. A hillside fortress comes into view. Figurative frame with garland of multicolored flowers. (Very good condition).

Cut-out tapestry panel from the Manufacture Royale d'Aubusson (France), from the second half of the mid-17th century. Technical characteristics : Wool and silk. Dimensions : Height : 230cm ; Width : 300cm. "Moses saved from the waters by Pharaoh's daughter". Part of the suite of hangings on the life of Moses after the cartoons by Isaac MOILLON (1614-1673), King's painting. by the King. Only three panels are known, one of which is classified M.H. and is on display in the church of Notre-Dame-de-la-Couture. (Good general condition, minor maintenance restorations).
