An oblong ruby counter-field with accolades, covered with multicolored floral scrolls, supports a multi-lobed, vegetalized, navy, sky and ivory rhomboid medallion and its two pendants. Four scrolled sky spandrels, set on a floral marine field, enclose the whole. The wide navy border, interlaced with foliage and flowers in polychrome, is flanked by two sky counter-borders with garlands of flowers, highlighted with ribboned ivory.
