Lot of two handles; France, first third of the twentieth century. Gilded and chiseled bronze and carved wood. The wooden handle has flaws and restorations. Measurements: 6 x 12 x 7 cm; 6,5 x 19,5 x 7,5 cm. Pair of handles, one of them made in gilded bronze and the other in wood. Both are inspired in organic forms of nature for their design. In fact, in the case of the wooden handle you can see the carving of a tiger. The wooden handle has flaws and restorations.

The first supported on three stylized elephant-head legs, with two upright loop handles to the rim, and an openwork cover with a lion finial. The second supported on three lion feet, with a pair of arched handles, and a cover with a vajra finial. The third with a compressed globular body and two upright loop handles to the rim, raised on three legs, and with a pierced stand. Provenance: Austrian private collection. Condition: Good condition with wear, casting flaws, traces of use, and small nicks, dents, and shallow scratches. Weight: 2,145 g Dimensions: 23.9 cm
