GUIHÉNEUC Henri (1831-1880), attributed to : EXCEPTIONAL earthenware dish with accolade border in monochrome blue, with curious historical decoration titled "Indulgences plénières concédées aux Papes", surmounted by the coat of arms of France. Featuring NICOLASIC, the Vannetais peasant who, in 1644, buried a statue of Saint Anne on his plot known as "Ker-Anna", a statue which was later moved by monks throughout Brittany. A la Gloire de Louis XIII et de Mme la Dauphine (fractured and glued back together). Manufacture HB Grande Maison, circa 1870. Diam. 48 cm.
