Antoine Joseph Gellez (goldsmith received master in 1749, active in Lille, France). Pair of torches, each resting on an octagonal foot. Baluster shaft and tapered binnacle. Silver, silversmith's hallmark, Lille silversmiths' community hallmark with crowned fleur-de-lis in date letter "B" (1771). Height: 26cm. Condition : Hallmarked three times, good condition, with two attached bobèches. Total weight :l 970 g.
