Memorabilia of Michel Pierre (1786-1851), former officer of the Garde chasseurs à cheval, then of the Garde éclaireurs, cavalry colonel during the Restoration. -Patent on vellum for Officer of the Legion of Honor. August 18, 1821. Signed by Grand Chancellor Macdonald and Viscount de Saint Mars. Rousseurs. -Avis de nomination du 1er avril 1815 sur décret du 16 mars 1814, comme officier de la Légion d'honneur. Signed by the Grand Treasurer (in the absence of the Grand Chancellor) Comte Dejean. -Frame containing two decorations: Officer of the Legion of Honor, Monarchie de Juillet period. Gold and enamel. Rosette ribbon. Ram head hallmark. T.T.B. -Chevalier du 4e type, modified Restoration, in reduction Silver, gold and enamel. Height: 40 mm. -Execution of the order of May 20, 1818, with the royal coat of arms in the name of Michel PIERRE (July 24, 1819). -Brevet de Sous-lieutenant (10e régiment de chasseurs à cheval) for citizen Pierre Michel. On vellum, headed "Au nom du Peuple français". Done on 30 fructidor An XI.
