Set of two handwritten items, including a letter in which she mentions her mother's health concerns (three pages in-8) and an autograph note signed (one page in-8): "A deputy, to become popular and understood by the masses, must know how to popularize his text at the same time as he elevates his thought. The absolute destination is not for the masses". A telegram is enclosed.
