A pair of Victorian silver-gilt sauce tureens and covers, by Robert Hennell, London 1860, one later engraved 'Made in England', in the Rococo manner, circular form, swirl-fluted and foliate decoration, the shaped pull-off covers with scroll baluster finials, engraved with a crest, on three foliate scroll feet, diameter 16cm, approx. weight 32.8oz. (2) The crest is that of Baron Hotham.
