An early-17th century West Country silver Apostle spoon, St. Peter, by Robert Tyte, Salisbury circa 1630, fig-shaped bowl, tapering faceted stem, the reverse inscribed 'S. Peter', and later prick-dotted '1652', the gilded finial with a large key, the nimbus prick dot initialled 'I.N' over 'R.H', length 18.5cm, approx. weight 1.8oz.
