In 1936, the brand introduced a "special aviator's watch". This timepiece with its extra-large case is equipped with a magnetic movement capable of withstanding temperature variations from -40°c to +40°c. In 2008, IWC paid tribute to this iconic model with its famous "IWC Vintage Collection", releasing a contemporary version in steel. Our example is from this collector's series.
