Boudier, framed under glass. Small stains. Sight size 60 x 45 cm Jim-Eugène Sévellec was appointed painter to the navy in 1936. This 1940 gouache illustrates the embarkation in the port of Brest of the Legionnaires of the 13th DBMLE (demi-brigade de marche de Légion étrangère) of the CEFS (French Expeditionary Corps in Scandinavia) aboard the liners / troop transports assigned to each unit.
