LYON, Pewter ECUELLE with console ears decorated with palmettes and ribboned contours, flat-roofed lid with cardinal decoration of flowers and palmettes, cup-shaped handle. Hallmark attributed to Jacques ARCHIMBAUD, master-certified circa 1693: FIN / griffon / I étoile A. Length: 29 cm. Early 18th century (Slight collapsing of the ears and deformed lid with consolidated grip on the inside).

Marked by Charles DROISSEL, received master circa 1740: crowned hammer / C.D.S. Length: 30.5 cm. From 1776. Both elements are clearly hallmarked.
