OMEGA SEAMASTER MEGAQUARTZ 32 KHz. REF. 196.0015. CIRCA 1975 CASE: matte stainless steel tonneau, polished chamfers, fluted bezel, two correctors on caseband, screw-down caseback, stamped in the center. Case maker's mark C.B. (La Centrale Boîtes SA). DIAL: silvered, applied baton hour markers, tritium dots, logo applied at noon in a red cartouche, double window for day and date, central seconds. MOVEMENT: quartz, cal. 1310, N° 39'953'906. STRAP: matte steel, folding clasp signed, ref. 1210/202. Dial, case and movement signed. Numbered 3'960'809. DIAM. 43 x 37 mm. Caliber 1310 is the first analog manufacture quartz movement and the first mass-produced Swiss electronic caliber, modularly assembled, executed in day and date versions, created in 1973 by André Triponez and Pierre Sauthier. CONDITION REPORT : Microrayures d'usage. The movement works at the time of writing, but cannot be guaranteed. Neither can the individual components, as repairs or restorations may have resulted in the replacement of some original parts.
