Of flattened globular form, rising from an oval foot ring to a waisted neck with everted rim. Decorated with rows of lotus scrolls alternating with leafy vines, all above blue ground, and framed to the upper rim with a band of ruyi and a green lappet border above the foot. The pattern repeated on the matching domed stopper. Provenance: From a good European collection. Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, few small nicks, and light surface scratches. Of a rectangular form with rounded corners decorated with polychrome cloisonne enamel Neo-Russian patterns depicting scrolled foliage motifs and stylized birds on a stippled ground and parcel-gilt interior. Hallmarks: Ovchinnikov, 84, A.N. (Cyrillic). Weight: 3.9 o., 110 g. Dimensions: 3 1/2 x 9 x 5.5 x 2.7 cm. The case is in very good condition. The cloisonne is well-preserved.
