A painting and a stamp, China, 20th century The painting (ink on paper) depicting a mountain landscape in mist, with two boats in the foreground, signed on the right by Ying Xiaosong (and seal), and the stamping (of a stele), done in red ink on paper, depicting a large "happiness" (fu) character and the signature of the great calligrapher Wang Xizhi (4th century), as well as two later inscriptions (including one Ming from the Wanli period), each mounted in a vertical roll. 170 x 49.5 cm and 123 x 40cm (whole rolls). Condition: Wear, browning, trimmed margins, creasing, wormholes with associated repairs, stains, and general soiling. The mounting with traces of wear, creasing, and foxing.
