Description

Norman Foster (United Kingdom, 1935) for Tecno Nomos model table, conceived as a solid skeleton of zoomorphic inspiration. It was designed to adapt to multiple uses, from work to home indistinctly. Made of white painted steel with a structure composed of a central dorsal, four protruding inclined legs and six lateral support arms finished with suction cups on which the tempered glass top rests. This table is the most iconic piece of the British architect. Originally designed for the Renault distribution center in Swindon between 1980 and 1982 and produced in its different versions since 1986 by the Italian firm Tecno. It won the Compasso d'Oro 1987.
