Coffee table with chromed metal structure joined by curved wooden crossbeams, rosewood tabletop with light wood insert. The piece presents a design of polished and curved lines, with a tabletop inspired by a surfboard both in shape and in the aesthetic finish. The cylindrical and square legs are joined at the bottom by a wooden structure that forms a polygonal finish that adds dynamism to the rigidity of the legs.

Includes wicker newspaper rack with brass hardware. Made by France & Daverkosen, labeled here. Slight marks of use. Measurements: 50 x 99 x 99 cm. Coffee table designed in 1956 by Danish designer couple Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen, in solid wood, with circular top housing a wicker newspaper rack. Peter Hvidt (1916-1986) and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen (1907-1993) were pioneers of mid-century Danish design and founders of the Copenhagen-based firm Hvidt & Mølgaard. The duo established a simple and precise aesthetic by designing countless pieces of furniture over the years, many of which became icons of the era. Today, their work is exhibited at MoMA, the National Gallery of Melbourne and the Copenhagen Design Museum. PIET HEIN (1905-1996) & BRUNO MATHSSON (1907-1988) for FRITZ HANSEN. 'Superelipse' dining table with chromed steel legs, white laminated top with aluminum edge. Designed in 1968. Produced by Fritz Hansen in 1992. With stamp underneath the top. Measurements: 70 x 150 x 100 cm. The iconic Superellipse table which was created in collaboration with Bruno Mathsson and has been produced at Fritz Hansen since 1968. After Piet Hein had used the Superellipse as the solution to a traffic challenge at Sergels Torg in Stockholm, he saw countless possibilities for use. The table represents Piet Hein's ability as a furniture designer, since in addition to the table top he also designed the iconic tension legs.

Side table from the 1950s. Gilded brass and mosaic on the top. Measurements: 55,5 x 70 x 70 cm. Low side table of design of the fifties, with triangular top decorated with mosaics of sepia, red and yellow tones, and three legs of the type "bambi", of circular section and narrower towards the base, typical of the fifties. This type of legs add lightness to the design.
