Top right stamp from the Alfredo Viggiano collection. Skillful restorations, reinforced sheet. Beautiful watercolor inspired by a painting by Giuseppe Maria Crespi, known as Lo Spagnoletto. Provenance: Alfredo Viggiano Collection, collection stamp with letters AV in a box. Lugt: "A. Viggiano, 1884-1948, doctor of medicine, Venice. Doctor Alfredo Viggiano, a passionate collector of works of art, paintings, sculptures and above all ancient drawings, born in Torraca, Salerno, was a doctor of medicine from 1908. He owned more than 300 drawings, for the most part of the Italian school, from all eras and collected since 1928 ...
