Niko Affiche Ancienne Original vintage Cuban propaganda poster featuring a colourful psychedelic style image of the US Navy sailing boat (built 1943) - named the Granma yacht - transporting 82 fighters during the Cuban Revolution from Mexico to Cuba in 1956 (including Fidel Castro, Che Guevara and Camilo Cienfuegos) to overthrow the leadership of Fulgencio Batista (Fulgencio Batista y Zaldivar; 1901-1973), depicting the white and blue boat in front of a radiating sun sailing on blue and green waves below swirling pink and purple clouds with a quote by the revolutionary politician Fidel Castro (Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz; 1926-2016, leader of Cuba 1959-2008) in white lettering above - Si salgo, llego… Si llego, entro… Si entro, triunfo / If I leave, I arrive… If I arrive, I enter… If I enter, I triumph.
