The books contain the American team signatures of Don Schollander, Ginny Duenkel, Donna de Verona, Cathy Ferguson, Jed Graef, Sharon Strouder, Tamara Hazleton, Claudia Kolb, Pokey Watson, Judy Reeder, Lesley Bush, Patience Sherman, Jeanne Hallock, Ericka Bricker, Cynthia Goyette, and Ed Townsend.
