La Haye, Aux dépens de la compagnie, 1762. 4 parts in one vol. in-12 half tan basane, smooth spine decorated, title page (period binding). Headbands torn, spines split, endpaper detached. Large stamp in violet ink on title and endpaper. Minor brown spots. ""The comedian Gaillard de la Bataille, who had been a hero and witness to the early exploits of this famous girl, furious at having been left by her, published this work, first in 2 parts, then published 2 more; the scene (...) shows Clairon [Cronel] as part of officers or in the arms of a marquis, a traitor, etc.""" Gay, I, 641.
